Ocar winning "Slumdog Millionaire" star Dev Patel's mother spoke of her son's off-screen love with his co-star, Freida Pinto, and said "life can't get better" for her son.Dev and Freida (pictured above) have always denied their movie romance spilled over into real life. But their pictures enjoying an intimate lunch date in Israel last week raised eyebrows, reports mirror.co.uk."First it was the film and now everything else seems to have slotted into place. Life can't get any better for him. Freida is really beautiful and I am really happy for them. Yes, we knew he was flying to Israel to see her," Dev's mother Anita Patel said.The couple are said to have started the relationship on the sets of Danny Boyle's film.

Slumdog Milliionaire on screen couple Dev Patel and Freida Pinto could not keep their real romance under wraps for long as they were spotted kissing during a dinner date in Israel.
Patel reportedly jetted to Tel Aviv, Israel to visit Pinto on the set of her new movie Miral, and the pair was later caught sharing a kiss during a romantic dinner, contactmusic.com reported.
The couple who played childhood sweethearts in the Oscar-winning movie, have frequently dismissed rumours they are dating for real, even after their co-star Anil Kapoor hinted they were romantically involved.
Kapoor had previously said, "When I meet them I feel there is something happening. (I think) this is the beginning of something exciting happening. They definitely make a great pair. Both of them look very good together."
And thereafter came a reaction from 24-year-old actress who insisted "We're not dating," while 18-year-old Patel added, "No, we're not seeing each other."

Dev Patel's embarrassing award moment

'Slumdog Millionaire' actor Dev Patel might have become a international celebrity with his debut film but that does not save him from embarrassing moments in real life.
The actor has revealed that he was answering nature's call when his film 'Slumdog Millionaire' won the 'Best Ensemble' award at the Screen Actor's Guild award ceremony this week and had to make a mad rush to get to the stage on time to join his co-stars, Contactmusic reported.
The British actor's ill timed toilet break resulted in him dashing through the audience in the Shrine Auditorium to reach the stage. He recalls, "I literally ran and I broke someone's champagne glass on the way."
The 18-year-old actor has been taken from anonymity and propelled into stardom with his first film 'Slumdog Millionaire' which has won 10 Oscar nominations.
