Ocar winning "Slumdog Millionaire" star Dev Patel's mother spoke of her son's off-screen love with his co-star, Freida Pinto, and said "life can't get better" for her son.Dev and Freida (pictured above) have always denied their movie romance spilled over into real life. But their pictures enjoying an intimate lunch date in Israel last week raised eyebrows, reports mirror.co.uk."First it was the film and now everything else seems to have slotted into place. Life can't get any better for him. Freida is really beautiful and I am really happy for them. Yes, we knew he was flying to Israel to see her," Dev's mother Anita Patel said.The couple are said to have started the relationship on the sets of Danny Boyle's film.

Dev Patel & Freida Pinto caught kissing!

Slumdog Milliionaire on screen couple Dev Patel and Freida Pinto could not keep their real romance under wraps for long as they were spotted kissing during a dinner date in Israel.
Patel reportedly jetted to Tel Aviv, Israel to visit Pinto on the set of her new movie Miral, and the pair was later caught sharing a kiss during a romantic dinner, contactmusic.com reported.
The couple who played childhood sweethearts in the Oscar-winning movie, have frequently dismissed rumours they are dating for real, even after their co-star Anil Kapoor hinted they were romantically involved.
Kapoor had previously said, "When I meet them I feel there is something happening. (I think) this is the beginning of something exciting happening. They definitely make a great pair. Both of them look very good together."
And thereafter came a reaction from 24-year-old actress who insisted "We're not dating," while 18-year-old Patel added, "No, we're not seeing each other."

Freida Pinto , who was virtually an anonymous name in Bollywood before Slumdog Millionaire catapulted her to international stardom, is today reported to be worth more than established actresses of Bollywood.
According to a news report, Freida has leaped ahead of her Indian rivals to become the highest paid actress from Bollywood.
Following the success of ‘Slumdog’, which took home eight Oscars and whose worldwide box office receipts so far are estimated at over USD 270 millions, the Indian model-turned-actress has landed a series of lucrative roles with top directors, including Woody Allen and Julian Schnabel.
Freida has pushed ahead of her rivals, Katrina Kaif , Kareena Kapoor and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai , to become the highest paid actress from India.
Freida is in Israel to shoot for a new film that focuses on the interwoven lives of Israeli and Palestinian women.
The British daily, quoting sources close to the Indian star, said her earnings have now topped 2 million pounds to overtake top Bollywood actresses.
“Freida is fast reaching top status in the international arena. The actress’s projects with big film-makers like Woody Allen have helped her join a league which no other Indian actress has achieved so far,” said a film analyst.

"Slumdog Millionaire" catapulted her to Hollywood and now actress Freida Pinto is in the league of actresses vying to be the new Bond girl.Freida was invited to a screen test for the next spy adventure, reports thesun.co.uk.The 24-year-old actress was apparently first spotted by producers during the casting for "Quantum of Solace" - the 22nd Bond film released last year."Freida came to the attention of the Bond team when they were casting 'Quantum of Solace'. She was too young at the time to have a part as a love interest for a secret agent. But she has blossomed into an incredibly stunning young woman and would look perfect on Daniel Craig's arm," a source said.The chances of the actress' participation in the film seem strong as executive producer of the film Barbara Broccoli is eager to cast her."Danny Boyle is favourite to take the helm of the next movie which would increase Freida's chances of a starring role," added the source.If Freida is lucky enough to bag the role of a Bond girl, it would be her next international project after the Woody Allen movie that she has been signed up for.
