The famous actor Arshad Warsi is a fitness freak. He believes that "Running for 45 minutes everyday is must.I also see to it that I have balanced meals at regular intervals five times a day. It is not advisable to keep your stomach empty for longhours at a stretch. It's a different thing if you are on a fast. Also I feel that you must run for 45 minutes every day to keep yourself healthy and fit.
